Returns

Please review the below information before proceeding with your return request

All products must be new, unused, and have original boxes, packaging, and hardware.

All returns must be received in new condition and include all hardware and instructions. Returns shipments must be sent back to us within 30 days from the time of authorization. Returns must have all original packaging: box, interior foam, plastic.
Customers are responsible for LTL return freight shipments.

Once a return is received at our facility, the merchandise will be inspected to make sure all of the above conditions are met. After inspection, we will issue the refund less any shipping charges and taxes. Any added shipping charges such as expedited shipping, special day, or special requests will not be refunded. The complete process may take two weeks.

Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt with images for investigation, documentation to assist with faster returns. We will issue a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the extent of damage.
Please note:
Natural raw materials used for construction of furnishings will have variations in areas such as (but not limited to) color, pattern, grain and texture. This includes substances such as wood and leather. These variations may appear in different surfaces of a single item, an area of a product when compared with that same area on an identical product, or on differing surfaces of different pieces of a matching set.
